Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is your drone’s service protection that provides you with two replacements for damaged equipment per year for a small additional fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions, water contact, and more. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. The service package can be activated within 48 hours of drone activation (first power-on) or later, after submitting a verification video to DJI. You can also extend the coverage by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of 3 years). Furthermore, the official manufacturer’s warranty is still valid during the service period.

For drones from the Mavic 2 series, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 609 PLN. The cost of the second replacement is 709 PLN.*

*In case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

 

Extended Warranty

Users of devices such as DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, and DJI Action 2 can also enjoy additional benefits. If you do not use the replacement option provided by Care Refresh during its validity period, you will receive a one-year warranty extension as a reward.

 

Activating DJI Care Refresh

1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, enter the Care Refresh code, the device’s serial number (found directly on the product), and the activating person’s information (name, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your drone is now protected!

It’s also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after the initial 48 hours have passed since its activation. To do so, submit a verification video showcasing the condition of the device to the manufacturer. In Case of Accidents

The procedure for dealing with accidents is straightforward. All you need to do is report the issue and send the damaged equipment to DJI’s warranty service, noting that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving a repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair/exchange at your own cost or use the Service Plan. If you choose the latter option, simply pay the appropriate fee for the replacement, and the new or replaced components will be delivered to you with priority shipping.

1. User reports a malfunction and sends the drone to DJI’s German service center, indicating the use of DJI Care Refresh.
2. User receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with paid repair/exchange or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives either a new device or new replacement parts, such as gimbal, camera, or propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user with priority shipping.

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from events such as falls, water damage, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator’s error.
